Roman was an excellent driver. He knew how to roll the Jeep windows down without asking. This is problematic for even Dodge employees. He explained his loading technic, where he was going for additional pickups, & provided timely updates to delivery time. Katie was very helpful on initial contact. She would reach out at each milestone of the journey with updates as well. Could not ask for more.
