From phone call to pickup to delivery I felt I was in good hands and I was! Robyn at Amerifreight requested car haulers to transport from Mesa AZ to Bellevue WA. She vetted offers including price and then passed the best to me. I did not have to answer multiple calls or anything. I accepted what she suggested and didn’t have to pay anything up front. The driver and transport truck arrived on time, loaded car carefully, answered my call the next day to say where he was and arrived in Bellevue when he predicted. My car had no damage, everything was great. I have all ready recommended Amerifreight to a friend who also used them and thanked me. They seemed to go above and beyond with their service but I learned that is how they do business and why they have repeat customers.
