My family has used Amerifreight for help with shipping multiple cars various locations across the country. This time, I worked with Jen Sylvester to move my car half way across the country. Jen was fabulous, she kept me updated on the postings available and was very transparent about pricing from the beginning. After we successfully placed a bid, she helped me get in contact with the carrier and the driver. The process is incredibly easy. You submit a request for a quote based on locations and dates for pick up/drop off, they assign you an agent to help make bids to different carriers, and then they help you book the carrier and set up communication with them. I’ve always had success getting a carrier, even if it comes down to the wire. I never had to worry about eventually getting a bid. And Jen made sure to update me frequently when there were options available. The actual pick up and drop off were also very easy, the driver assigned to me was very flexible with pickup locations in residential areas. Overall, I’d recommend using Amerifreight for vehicle shipments. The process is easy, and the agents are always dependable and trustworthy. Jen did a fantastic job, anybody under her care can rest assured they will be getting their vehicles where they need to be within the time you request.
