Honestly all 5 stars of this review should go to Carovan!! She is the sole reason I even continued with having my car transported. After dealing with, in my opinion, shady brokers/companies I almost gave up on having my car shipped at all. 3rd time really is the charm because I got Carovan and she put me at ease from the beginning and stuck with me throughout the whole process. She listened to the bad experiences I shared with her and made sure to let me know how she and AmeriFreight doesn't deal the same way as these other brokers. Everything was consistent and clear from the booking to the pick up and the drop off. The carrier followed their estimated times really well and someone from AmeriFreight would notify me before every step which was very reassuring. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Carovan and AmeriFreight. I will definitely being using their services again when I come to have my car transported back. Carovan you are an absolute gem and my appreciate for you goes beyond what the words in this review say!!! __ Now to share some of the terrible experiences I had prior to discovering the wonderful Carovan and the team at AmeriFreight... DO NOT USE SGT Auto Transport I am shocked that this is an actual company! I should've known things were shady when there are five different numbers to contact on their website yet all the calls I received from them were from different numbers than those. They aren't on the BBB website (another red flag) and their location appears to be a random house! And the carriers they used were not only disrespectful but attempted picking up my car on the not approved date as well as in the middle of the night (saying they would use a flashlight to do the pre transport inspection WTFFF). I spent more time playing phone tag and repeating the same story that I about involved the authorities since they wanted to show up at my house unexpectedly. Just absolutely terrible from start to finish with this company. There was so much more but I don't want this negative info to take away from the positive experience I had with AmeriFreight.
