Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad that your vehicle was successfully transported, though we're sorry to hear the communication didn’t meet your expectations. When bookings are placed far in advance, it can understandably feel like things are moving slowly- however, in the auto transport industry, most carriers do not commit to loads until just a few days before pickup. This means that updates are often limited until closer to the first available pickup date. We understand that waiting without clear updates can be frustrating, especially when you've made plans ahead of time.
