Very poor customer service but it turned out ok

I was able to have my car transported but the customer service was very bad. I was told very little information about the process, my emails were almost always ignored unless I called. Even then rarely was there any follow up. The communication about my ship date was non existant even the day of the shipment. I had to call repeatably to receive any information.

When bookings are placed far in advance, it can understandably feel like things are moving slowly- however, in the auto transport industry, most carriers do not commit to loads until just a few days before pickup. This means that updates are often limited until closer to the first available pickup date. We understand that waiting without clear updates can be frustrating, especially when you've made plans ahead of time. We appreciate your honest feedback and the opportunity to clarify how the process works.
