Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad your vehicles were ultimately picked up together and delivered successfully, but we’d like to take a moment to clarify how our pricing and services work. While both vehicles happened to be picked up by the same carrier, our broker fee structure is based on the number of vehicles transported, not whether they are on one order or two, so the pricing would not have been impacted by this. Our economy pricing model works by listing the shipment at a competitive rate based on current market trends, but the final carrier price depends on the actual offers we receive. This means pricing can vary depending on timing, route demand, and carrier availability.
Additionally, the AFTA plans you purchased are not insurance but optional gap coverage that covers one vehicle per plan. As you requested both vehicles be covered, separate plans were required regardless of how the transport was structured. We also want to note that as a gesture of goodwill, we’ve already issued a partial refund of our broker fee to help address your concerns.
