We originally submitted an order 20771930 for two vehicles but somehow AmeriFreight messed up and only put one there when the driver is assigned. Michelle Blasingame then took over, who was very responsive, and created another order 20771953 for the second vehicle.
If the two orders ended up go to separate carriers, that's understandable. However, what was ridiculous was that the two vehicles were ended up assigned to the same carrier/driver and got shipped at the same time, but in two separate orders. Then why am I paying a much higher rate with double the insurance, for the mistake that AmeriFreight made?
