The process was simple and straightforward.. I had some uncertainties half way through because my car has an app that you can control different types of options.. I think the my car glitched.. Just FYI don’t lock your car through your app during transport. when it’s says unlocked it might give the driver a harder time and can possibly lock the them out. I Wish I would have know.. otherwise it would have been smooth sailing! I still give them a 5 star but everything in life is a learn curve!
