I was very nervous about shipping a car across country, especially since we would have to rely on a trusted third party to receive the delivery on our behalf without inconveniencing them terribly. The key to a successful shipping experience was to get the car there safely and in a timely manner for the receiving party, and that would mean lots of proactive communication from the driver. Our AmeriFreight customer service rep Henry H. was amazing pulling the initial details together for us and walking us through the process including getting us the exact right driver (Sava) for our needs. Long story short, the driver did everything in his power to make the experience work for us. Firstly, we were his last pickup before the journey. He knew it would be best logistically to deliver our car last, so when he collected our car, he unloaded ALL OF THIS OTHER vehicles and loaded ours in the front so we'd be the last delivery. Then he kept our receiver in good communication of his timeline. The delivery was made perfectly, the vehicle was in perfect condition, and our receiving party was thrilled with how simple the driver made everything for their schedule. I would ship again, and only with AmeriFreight. They knocked it out of the park, and they were all so nice! From the moment I first contacted AmeriFreight, it took a total of 1 week to get everything set up, find a driver, get the car collected, and deliver the car. And the price was extremely reasonable and competitive. My opinion is that if you need to ship a vehicle, look no further than AmeriFreight.
