Katie did a great job helping me through the necessary steps to ship my sisters car from New Orleans to Columbus,Ohio. I had never done it before so I was kind of in the dark. Katie helped me through the whole procedure and the car was delivered without a hitch. The truck driver, Danny, also did a great job. Thank you both very much for your help!
