Raziah from AmeriFreight was wonderful to work with. She was up front about the booking fee and that nothing was locked in until I accepted an offer. She even advised when to hold off if she thought a better offer might come in. Once I selected an offer the pickup and delivery were both as expected. The communication from the actual transport company was not consistent (to my liking) but ultimately they did reach out eventually as promised. Car had no damage and was just dirty which was also expected and advised up front so i had no surprises. I just did not like the dirt inside the car which appears to be from whoever moves the cars around after touching the tire straps, etc. as there were hand and finger smudges all over the door panel and steering wheel. This is not the fault of AmerFreight however they should tell the drivers to either wear gloves or use something to prevent that from happening. Overall very happy with the service and would use them again.
