I have used 8-10 auto shipper the last few years and have NEVER had an issue with door to door service until this company. The driver refused to drop off my car at my door or closest street. Making excuses and got to a point to threaten $2500 increase if I am not available to pickup my car at a location he wants which is 10 miles away!!
He refuses to answer any of my calls!!
After going back and forth. He made me go 3 miles to a location that’s EASY for him!! I had to get a taxi as I don’t have a car.
Avoid working with this company at all cost!!
