Doing business with Rosalind Cook and AmeriFreight was so easy. As a retired military logistician, I did a pretty thorough research on all transport companies and narrowed it down to three different ones. One was a couple hundreds above my budget. Another the agent was hesitating answering my questions and was somewhat rude then was out sick when I needed him most. Rosie from AmeriFreight was available and reliable from the beginning, answered all my questions (all 20 or so of them) and was very knowledgeable and professional. I signed the authorization for her to find me a reliable carrier company and she did just that. She even got me a military discount. I was able to contact her as needed and she’d respond within a reasonable time. She also put me in touch with the driver and dispatcher from the carrier company once my vehicle was picked up. Inspection and pick up and delivery went pretty smooth. This was during winter storms so delivery was delayed by a day, which is reasonable. I highly recommend AmeriFreight!
