Needed to ship my sweet little car coast to coast from a somewhat remote area. I chose Amerifreight based on reviews. I’m certain I could not have made a better a choice. I worked with Carovan, and she was spectacular. I honestly was almost shocked at the level of personalized service I received. She was clear, friendly, available, efficient, effective, and simply kind. She Instilled confidence and made what could have been a super stressful part of my move as smooth and calm as possible, even after the original transporter cancelled last minute due to illness (no fault of Amerifreight). She found another transporter in hours, and it turned out great all around. The transporter communicated well, the car was picked up and delivered perfectly and on time and in great condition- except for needing a bath! And for the record, whenever I interacted with others in the company besides Carovan, they were always terrific as well. I’ve recommended them to others and will continue to do so. Thank you, Carovan and Amerifreight!
