I had never used this type of service before. So I did a LOT of reading before deciding on AmerifFreight. Turns out that many of the companies in this industry are hot garbage. However, AmeriFreight had great customer reviews, so I decided to give them a try. My experience with them was exceptional. From the very beginning, my rep (Christine) was all the things you would want in terms of customer service: knowledgable, personable, professional, and competent at her job. Communication was excellent. I had not only a contact email, but a direct line for phone calls and/or texts messages to my AmeriFreight rep. She was amazing on every level. I know she must have a bazillion other clients she's handling simultaneously. Yet somehow she was very responsive to text messages and calls. Every step of the way she kept me in the loop as to what was happening, what to expect, pricing, etc. In short she managed my expectations and did so at the highest level of professionalism. Even the carrier driver (Andrew) who brought my car was awesome: both professional and courteous. After my car was delivered, AmeriFreight called and followed up with me to make sure that there were no problems and I was happy. When it comes to customer service, these guys are leading the charge. The entire experience was next level. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. Thank you AmeriFreight.
