John @ AmeriFreight was very helpful in all our interactions. I had thought I would use a different company but began to have some misgivings. I then talked to John who explained things about the process much more thoroughly and without any false promises. I talked to another agent when it was closer to the time and she also was so kind, taking time to address my worries and offer reassurance. The 5 star licensed driver who hauled by car was very accommodating, picking my car up within the 48 hour window I requested and delivering it the first day of the 48 hour window given for delivery. He even changed pick up locations to come and charge my vehicle which had a dead battery when it was time to meet him and charged it again at delivery to get it to the delivery location. I would use AmeriFreight again when needed and recommend them to anyone.
