This was my second time using AmeriFreight to transport my car across the country (CA to VA). My first experience was decent, so I decided to use them again, hoping for a similar outcome. Unfortunately, this time around, my experience was less than satisfactory. Michelle Woods was my representative during this transport. Initially, she was quite attentive while looking to assign a transporter, but once that was done, the communication virtually disappeared. She never confirmed the services with me, and I found myself having to initiate contact every time I needed an update. The most frustrating part was the delivery of my car. It was delayed by a day, and I had no idea it was going to be late because Michelle had assured me it would be delivered on time. Even during the delay, when I was trying to figure out what was going on, I received no communication from her. Overall, this lack of communication and the added stress of not knowing what was happening with my car led me to write this poor review. My first experience was decent, but this time around, AmeriFreight and Michelle Woods fell short of expectations. I hope they improve their communication in the future.
