                        We thank Chris for taking time to post a review and we are glad he was satisfied with the shipping service.  Unfortunately, it seems Chris has misunderstood our rebate policy.  We do give rebates for less than 5 stars.  We only ask that if a customer does leave a less than 5 star rating, that he/she would contact our office and let us know the reason why.  AmeriFreight wants to have the chance to resolve any issue a customer may have in order that every customer leaves fully satisfied.  We do apologize for any misunderstanding.
