My husband and I could not be happier with our shipping experience with AmeriFreight. We bought a car that was in Everett, WA. We live in Cleveland, OH. My husband was planning to fly out and drive the car home...in late November. Once there, it became apparent that was a really bad idea given the treacherous mountain passes and his new 2-seater sports car. We panicked, having no idea what it might cost to ship, and if we could even find someone to ship it over Thanksgiving. We had booked with another shipping company and waited two full days with no word on if anyone would be able to.pick up the car. My husband was super stressed at being stuck 2400 miles away from home not knowing what might happen with the car or when he would be able to come home. Thankfully, we then contacted AmeriFreight. From the very start, our POC Rosalind, provided valuable information; explaining what the process would be, and most importantly, reassuring us that we would get a transport soon. True to her word, she contacted us later that same day with the confirmation of a driver, and an estimated pickup date, which was a day later. She and others from AmeriFreight spoke to us throughout the process, the driver was on time for the transport, and my husband was able to fly home on Thanksgiving with no worries. Our car arrived on the day they anticipated, even with the unpredictable late November weather. The car was understandably dirty, but otherwise in perfect shape. (AmeriFreight even offers a free wash when you get your car, by the way.) The driver was professional, courteous, and thorough. Overall, we really could not be more pleased with how AmeriFreight handled our very stressful situation, especially over the Thanksgiving holiday. We cannot recommend this shipping company more. They truly are the very best, and we know because we tried another popular company before we went with AmeriFreight. Their service is professional, honest, reasonably priced, and caring, very caring. If you need to ship a vehicle, look no further than AmeriFreight! Many many thanks to them from us.
