I had my suv shipped from Orlando FL, to Denver CO a couple of weeks ago and the process was great! Representative Carovan was super friendly and helpful for setting up the service and communicating with me through the whole process. However, at first when I booked with the company I was running into an issue with scheduling with the 3rd party transporters after being set up with Amerifreight. I was given a contact that I would call and then be told that they had availability before I was even ready to ship out my car. For instance, I needed my car shipped from a certain day or later so that when I got to my location the car wasn’t already there. This happened about 4 times where I had to go back and forth with the trucking company and Amerifreight. I even had this one worker from a trucking company telling me that if I wanted to ship it out later it wasn’t going to happen with any company! However, after being put in touch with Carovan and making my situation a bit more clear I was able to get my car shipped out a day before I left on the plane and was able to meet my truck driver in Denver to receive my car. At first, it might of been difficult to make sure everyone was on the same page for what I specifically wanted but I was happy that it all worked out.
