As a first time user, I was not knowledgeable of how to expect. Therefore, I suggest the following:

1) Provide a short scenario of the process: Time critical/not critical, shipping cose - when to start adding money, how soon after a shipper is located a car would be picked up, and so on.
2) Despite certain "imperfections", I am overall quite pleased with your handling and would recommend to friends. In fact, I have already referred one that has signed a contract with you to ship a car to Tennenssee.

I would recommend to other friends and would use you in my furture shipments. THANKS.
