The broker had good customer service. We had that 1 out of 10 type luck that it took almost a month to have our truck picked up and delivered. According to customer service there were no offers for our bid and after 25 days of waiting we upgraded to priority status with a guaranteed 2 day pick up. Unfortunately our truck still did not get picked up for 5 days. this may have just been one of the few that this happens to however we were the one this happened to and was extremely inconvenient.

This customer was incredibly patient with us as our team worked to get their vehicle moved. As they stated, they are one of the few that this happens to. Every now and then a difficult route happens. Whenever a route is tough, our team will look into all options to get the vehicle moved. One of our carriers, in finding out the customers were in the military, wanted to help out with their move and he went the extra mile to do so.
