As we were shipping my husband's treasured Porsche cross-country (3,200 miles) our primary concern was that it make it that distance with no real damage. It made it (though a couple of days late) with minor damage. We did experience shaking of the car when driving after pick-up because the tires were mildly mis-shapen after so long on the truck. Over time, this problem has gotten significantly better and apparently this often happens with cars that are shipped long distances. There was a small scratch on the front as well. We were not able to find a carrier after 8 days with the regular price. Within 2 hours of upgrading to priority, a carrier was found.
