I had not shipped a car in 10 years and car shipping is a crowded space so I relied on research and reviews myself to choose a shipper and AmerFrieght definitely lived up to their high ratings. After I submitted a request for quote I was assigned a dedicated concierge, Susan J, and she made this a very easy pain free process. She communicated with me every step of the way and was very accessible to me when I had questions via phone text and email. Susan was able to help me get the best possible rate and with an excellent carrier,. This was sensitive because the car needed to be picked up from my elderly mother and that handoff went very smooth with literal door to door service. I absolutely recommend this company and will use them again.
