The shipping process with AmeriFreight was a fairly easy and painless process with the help of Cosmo. I recently moved and needed my 10 year old CR-V shipped to my new location 1,000 miles away. Since I didn't need my vehicle for a few weeks, I selected the Economy Saver shipping option. When I was contacted with an offer a couple weeks later however, the final shipping cost was close to $400 more than what I was originally quoted. I was prepared for this based on other reviews, but it would have been nice if AmeriFreight had provided a more accurate quote at the beginning of the process. Nonetheless, I was very pleased that one of the bids that came in was able to pick up and deliver my car almost a week earlier than expected in addition to being very flexible with the pick up time. The only minor issue encountered during the transportation process was a slight lack of communication on behalf of the carrier regarding the delivery date and pick up time; the only communication I received from the carrier after confirmation that my car was picked up was a call that they were 30 minutes away from my location 1.5 days later. Considering how nice the carrier was though and that my car arrived in great shape, shipping was a solid 4.5 star experience despite the higher than planned shipping cost.
