It was nice to get a clear picture of how this works from Lecia - logistics vs carrier, bidding, etc and also it was good to understand the variation on pricing depending on date flexibility and have those options. When the shop working on my 2nd vehicle decided to delay finishing for the 4th time, Lecia was helpful with working out the cancellation and rescheduling. Would use them again.
