The service I received from Costmo and his group was great. I received formal, specific communication on what the process looks like, what an instant quote meant, when I could expect a bid, etc., which was very refreshing after receiving an onslaught of short, quick texts from carriers that all became overwhelming. Once the bid was received, the pickup came super quick and my car was dropped off two days earlier than expected, in great condition.
Overall, it was a great experience!
