We had to move from NY to Florida, and driving our electric car with a toddler in tow all that way was not an attractive prospect. After some googling, I came across AmeriFreight and decided to give them a try.
Yolanda Calle responded to me very quickly, and was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. I learned from her how the whole process of having a car shipped works - you choose a broker (this one!) and they put your car up on a marketplace for registered transporters to bid on - and was so wonderfully forthcoming with information that most of my questions were answered before I could even ask them. Yolanda has continued to correspond with me through the entire process, and I have been nothing but pleased with the services she - and by extension, AmeriFreight - have rendered.
The one little hiccup we had in the process had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with Yolanda or AmeriFreight, and was still expertly handled by the transporter. This, I think, is a testament to how thoroughly Yolanda et al do their jobs, and I cannot recommend them enough if you have need of having a car shipped long distance.
