This was my first time having to schedule for a major move and was totally stressed out about everything that had to occur. I called another transport outfit and was very disappointed with the service. This agent could not even remember my pickup window, and I had to remind her 3x, and then gave up. However, Megan provided me reassurance that all would go well, and it sure did. The transporter I ended up with was awesome. He was super communicative and just a real nice guy. Would highly recommend.
