The shipping process started on 6/16 with working with my CSA (Sydni Anglin). As I have moved a vehicle as part of a military move, I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. My compliments to my CSA. She was thorough from the start and kept me well informed of the process of setting up a carrier. She was very helpful on selecting a pickup date that met my requirements but also made it attractive for a carrier to quote. Had a carrier by 6/21. Pickup and delivery was on time. The carrier (Turon Express LLC) kept me informed at both pickup and delivery and was very thorough on required inspections. Setting up the move, as well as the actual move, went without a hitch.
