Tough to give a simple review w/o an explanation.
Harry Davis was very nice to deal with. He explained that the company was a broker that put the transport jobs out to bid for independent companies. So your transport experience is as good, or bad, as the independent company who gets the job. My experience with Xpress Transport would fall in the bad category.
