I used Amerifreight and worked with Samantha. She was extremely responsive during the time we were working to set up my vehicle’s shipment. Once the shipment was arranged, communication became much less detailed and less prompt. We had issues where we could not reach the actual dispatch for our vehicle at all and while this was not Samantha’s fault she certainly did not seem as eager to help with this as she did with initially contracting them and getting her cut for Amerifreight. I would say she got the job done, but if you are looking for white glove support from start to finish you’ll only have it until you pay that deposit.
