The Sales Reps were very knowledgeable and realistic when I placed the order. Once the order was placed I received quick turn around with a shipping order form, which i completed and faxed into the company. Once the order was received I was told to expect a call with a time window when the car would be picked up. I did receive a call, however based on the part of california (novato) where the car was picked up we had to upgrade to priority to get the car picked up on a specific day. This was completely fine because we were under a time crunch and my rep worked really hard to connect us with a driver that picked up the car right away once it was marked as priority. The day before the driver was to deliver the car, we received a call with a day/time for the drop off. The driver was where he said he would be and the process was pretty smooth.
