I worked with Erica to get our F-350 shipped and she did an outstanding job explaining the process since this was our first time using any service like this. She went through our options and walked me through the many questions I had. Amerifreight is great about having others step in to help as well, when Erica was on a later shift, Maleah helped us out and called us about a possible shipping option. Both women were exceptional and I would definitely use Amerifreight again to ship a vehicle.
