The entire process, from the initial contact with the agent, the notification that a shipper had made an offer to ship, the scheduled pickup of the car, the deposit and final payment to the shipper, and, finally, the delivery of the car at its destination, was painless, seamless, and without incident. communication with the broker, the company that handled the shipment, and the driver was excellent.
