I honestly would give them 4-1/2 stars... Decided upon using AmeriFreight based on their good reviews. They did what I paid them to do, so I'm pleased with that. They are just a broker, if you have enough time to check transport companies, you could do the same thing yourself. I have chosen to take a half star off because after receiving my vehicle, I emailed the broker with a concern I had about the company they hired out to transport my car. I did not hear back from the broker, other than yet another email prompting me to leave a review. So here it is! They get four and a half stars because after the job it done and a concern is expressed, they did not reply.
