It was a very smooth process to arrange for the car to be delivered from Kansas City to LA; I talked with Lecia Phillips, and she was very honest about the possibility of date and price variation. But she was able to find a carrier for the exact day I requested and the same price listed in the email. it was very easy to call/text the driver to arrange for the time/location of pickup and deliver. We received our car in LA 3 hours after our flight landed. Very satisfied with the service.
