They underestimated how much it would cost which was disappointing. (They ought to highball it. That way their customers will get what they expect or something better. My two cents.) Also, they showed up on the wrong day (early) so we had to scramble to arrange for a friend to a accept the shipment - awkward - and make the payment since we ourselves were not there yet. It would have been impossible if we didn't already have friends in the area. On the other hand, the car arrived in good shape and it was relatively easy to schedule last minute.
