I had a really great experience with AmeriFreight. I was pretty overwhelmed at the idea of shipping my car across the country- I had never done it before, I didn't know where to start, and there were a lot of companies to choose from. I spoke to a multitude of other companies and AmeriFreight had the best pricing + best customer service. Samantha Smith was the customer support agent that I partnered with and she was great. She was very transparent about the shipping process, she kept in constant contact re: carrier pricing, and she even followed up after the car had arrived at its destination to make sure everything went smoothly. The driver/carrier was also great - Serghei Meradji at US Star Logistics LLC was incredibly nice and thorough with the inspection. He was also great at giving me a heads up when the car was going to be picked up and dropped off. Overall - seamless experience and reasonable price. Would definitely use them again!
