Would never recommend this company. I am completely unhappy and dissatisfied. I worked with the agent Nicole and ever since I put in my online quote she had been calling me up to 5x a day. I decided to have my car shipped with this company and i purchased the extra insurance just in case. When my car arrived i did not notice the 2 dents, one on each side of the care above the back wheels. I noticed about 30 minutes after he left and called nicole immediately. She was not available so I spoke with a different woman and she said she would relay the message. When nicole got back to me she told me how to go through the process of filing a claim. I filled out the form and submitted my images in the time allotted. I have yet to hear back from the insyrabcd company. I emailed nicole and she said she would check on it for me. My car was delivered January 22nd or around that time . I have yet to hear from insurance and now my calls and emails are going unanswered from nicole as well. So obviously its all a scam . I would not purchase the extra insurance if you go with this company and insoect your car very closely from all angles.
