I shipped two cars from NY to Texas and dealt with Richard at Ameri-trade. I found that Richard was an absolute pleasure to work with. He either answered the phone or called back quickly. He always conducted himself in a friendly and professional manner and addressed any questions or concerns that I had. I shipped two cars from NY to Texas. One of them got a carrier the net day at the price quoted and was picked up and dropped off on the designated day. The other car did not get a carrier to pick up the car during the time frame given (Dec.26 to Jan7) I was told this was due to the holiday. It was not picked up until the 15th of January.
