I had to ship a car from coast to coast, Cape Cod to San Francisco in January. I liked the fact that AmeriFreight got good reviews from customers and BBB. Lecia was outstanding in customer service. She clearly explained the process and timeline and was able to answer all my questions. Once I initiated the process she was able to find a carrier within days and in less than 2 weeks the car arrived safe and sound in SF. Lecia followed up after pick up to find out how it went and during its trip across the stormy NE and Mid West she let me know its progress, and on arrival did the same. Thank you Lecia!
