There was and is a bit of confusion over the rebate aspect of the contract. I will need to see how this goes to review accurately - but the women I spoke to and emailed during the process were helpful, polite and knowlegeable. Apparently an additional incentive had to be added to the original quoted price of the delivery. It is my understanding that I was charged that additional $50, but that I will get it back in the form a of second rebate check for $50.
As far as the pick up and delivery it was only satisfactory. Unfortunately we had a time of day that the pickup needed to be accomplished within, and that did not happen. Our son had to miss several hours of work to be present at the pick up.
The delivery was also late at night and filled with confusions, cell phone calls, misplaced contract and forgotten keys.
When the car was delivered it was so covered with dirt that it was impossible to see if there had been any damage to the car during transport. It was also past 10 at night, so it was too dark so seem much. We just had to assume all was good. There was some difficulty with language/communication at both the pick up and delivery.
However the car was ultimately delivered across the country so all is acceptable.
