Jennifer was extremely helpful in explaining the process of the car shipping business, with which I was previously unfamiliar. She helped me set a reasonable offer price and pushed to make sure I secured that price once there was a bid. The car was delayed one day due to mechanical issues with the truck, but the transport company was easy to communicate with. Overall, very satisfied.
