We needed a pick up by a set day and called 2 weeks out to set it up. It seems that we needed to set it up differently. We had a few problems but were able to agree on a higher price to get the car picked up. They did drop their fee and helped work through some issues. It was a little stressful as we have never shipped a car before. I would call Samantha to use them again if need be.
