This is the second time Morning Star Trucking has transported my vehicle. The first time was from Iowa to Virginia, and this time from Virginia to Nebraska in conjunction with a household move. In both cases, I was very impressed by the courteous professional service I received from the carrier.
The cost was very competitive- $820- with a low deposit of $170. I was able to make the deposit via credit card through Amerifrieght, and paid with a cashier's check with the remainder....simple and easy.
Vehicle was sheduled for pickup based on the earliest time I would be in NE to receive it. Driver asked if he could pick it up early and that was no problem. Car was delivered on time.
Even though there was some bumper pad damage to the car, the driver quickly indicated that there would be no problem to have it repaired- the bill should be sent to the company and it would be paid. I have not had the opportunity to have it repaired yet, but I have confidence that it will be taken care of. The below freezing (-2) temperatures on the day it was delivered precluded the car from being washed before delivery, and so it was covered with road salt and grime- that is the only real complaint I have, and it is VERY minor and certainly explainable.
I would certainly use both Amerifrieght and Morning Star Trucking again.
