Dear AmeriFreight Auto Transport,
My name is Gary Enney and I live in Littleton, Colorado.
I purchased a 1997 Jeep Cherokee in New Hampshire, I calculated the cost both, in what I would need to spend in driving it back or having it transported via a freight hauler. To me the answer was very easy to make. Use a freight hauler, I immediately turned on my computer and went to Google to find a transporter. Amerifreight was right there and they were the first people I contacted. I received a quote from them and also from two other freight haulers. AmeriFreight’s quote was by far lower than anyone I contacted. I filed out the paperwork online and paid my deposit via PayPal. I read there “Terms and Conditions” and it said they had Seven Days to find a transporter. It turned out that no transporters could be found within the time frame. AmeriFreight refunded my deposit the same day.
A few days later I bought another vehicle and immediately called AmeriFreight for a quote. I knew I did not need to contact anyone else since there price could not be beat. The car was in Rockford, Illinois and AmeriFreight called me the same day I filed out the paperwork, they had a transporter that wanted to pick up the vehicle that night. They called and gave me the name of the Driver, the Companies name and both telephone numbers. I called the driver and talked to him and he gave me a time when he would be here. They picked up the car on Friday February 13, 2009 and were at my house at 12:00pm Sunday February 15, 2009.
