The customer service was very good and pick up and delivery were both on time or before the scheduled date. The only negative aspect of the experience was the price I paid. The original quote was $950 but I ended up paying more than that. However, to their benefit, before I did finalize an order with them, they did say that the quoted price is not guaranteed. I only wish that if they know that they can't guarantee the quoted price, then don't quote such a low price to begin with.
