We got a much better bid than from the other companies we contacted, and were promised pickup in Austin 2-7 business days after placing our order. The actual pickup was the next day, a Saturday. The driver, Jack Johnson of Auggie's Auto Carriers, was prompt and curteous, and the car was delivered in OC, California 4 days later. There were no difficulties at all, and we'd definitely use the service again. The overall experience exceeded expectations.
