My whole process was a challenge to start with. I initially contacted another shipper and after one week of no information and false reassurances, I decided to cancel my order. I was really in a time crunch. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with Amerifreight and Ben. He explained very quickly to me what had happened and that my vehicle was located in a difficult to reach area and it might cost slightly more. I contacted him around 4:30 PM on a Friday and he had a shipper locked in by Tuesday morning. The car was picked up by Tuesday afternoon and delivered Monday evening. Ben was able to very quickly change a stressful situation into a simple transport. Car arrived in great condition with an extremely capable driver who made loading and unloading vehicle look like a surgical procedure. I highly recommend Ben and Amerifreight.
