While I was deployed I contacted the company via the net and they made everything very easy. The driver they sent was very professional and prompt, so that was also a plus. The price was reasonable and the staff answered any and all questions I had. The only one thing I would change would be to allow people to pay off their balance to the company rather than to the driver. All in all I would definetley use this company again!

Payment is made in the form of an initial deposit paid to AmeriFreight, and the remaining amount to the driver at delivery. The reason for this is that AmeriFreight (being a brokerage) can not receive payment on behalf of the carrier since they are a separate company.
